ABOUT THE SHOW: April 2019 show
BEGINNER: For youth or adults who are just starting out and have limited showing experience. No NAN cards given.
OPEN: For youth or adults who have been showing several years and have received several championships. NAN cards to 1st & 2nd place.
**Open division and mini division is NAN Qualified, with a card going to the first and second placings in each class. Please put your information on your cards immediately. Beginners are not NAN Qualified.
**Mini classes are open to model Paddock Pal/Little Bit size and under
**Classes are limited to 3 models per exhibitor. If you have more models you may put them on table with $1 beside them.
**Classes may be split/combined as needed.
**Champ & Reserve will be chosen from 1st and 2nd place class horses. Those selected as champ and reserve will come back for overall.
**There will be five rings running at once. This makes for a very busy/noisy hall. Please pay attention!! Keep noise to a minimum. We will not be responsible for your missed entry. We will call all classes twice, then close. We do use a mircrophone system so if your visiting is kept to a minimum you can easily hear your classes.
**Each exhibitor will be given a full table as space allows.
**Each exhibitor will use their initials on their tags. Make sure you initials are checked in when you get to show hall for proper results!
** Each horse will have a tag attached to it, standing leg is best. With minis you may lay your tag next to your model so as not to tip the model. You may do so with you other size modesl too if you have a particularly tippy model.
**TAG INFORMATION** on side one of your hanging tag: your horses name & your initials, on side two: your horses breed & gender.
**Breed information: You are more than welcome to place breed information next to your model if it is an unusual breed. Please do not put information down for well known breeds. You will not be judged on your information. But it is nice to see that you know what your breed is and that the model best represents it. Sometimes it helps judges out so they do not need to stop and research while the class is going. Thanks!!
**No hovering around the show rings please, no arguments with judges. Everyones opinion is different!! That is why we show at different shows, to get different opinions….
**Each person is responsible for their own property loss/damage/personal injury. The show committee or show hall is not responsible.
**All exhibitors reservations will be guaranteed when accompanied by this form and proper payment. Your entry will not be guaranteed by phone or email.
**Each paid entrant will receive one raffle ticket to put in for the drawing to win the Breyer special model.
